Nikki Carrero

Hi there! I’m Nikki, an avid reader, writer, and dog mom. I grew up in Vermont before relocating to Massachusetts for college, and I've been here ever since.

I have a background in bookselling, publishing, social media and digital marketing, event planning, and education as a high school English teacher.

​

I previously worked as an Agency Assistant, Editorial Assistant, and Social Media Manager at The Rights Factory before being promoted to Assistant Agent in 2025.

Some fun facts about me: I read approximately 150 books each year, I'm a writer, I'm disabled and living with a chronic illness, and I have an adorable mini Australian Shepherd named Mochi. Books are my entire personality.

I believe words hold power. They give us the chance to escape, or the opportunity to showcase how we feel. We can learn about others, experience new things, and also explore our own lives.

I love to see people fall in love with stories. My love for the written word began when my grandmother brought me to the bookstore as a kid to pick out new books. I haven't stopped reading since and am currently building my own personal home library.
